Description
We have assembled a complete valve shim set that includes, Hot Cams complete valve shim kit, a quality digital caliper, and a 32 blade feeler gauge.
Three shims per size in a divided and marked in container. The digital caliper converts from inch to mm, and is needed to identify the removed shim size once the markings have worn off. Our 32 blade metric thin top tapered feeler gauge comes in a set .03mm/.001″ to 1mm/.040″ and 95mm long. The smaller sizes are in 1/2 thousandths and is perfect for checking shim bucket type valve trains. This feeler gauge will also let you check most all other engine clearances.
